\nIt is characterised by soberly elegant surroundings and air-conditioned rooms. Each with its own outdoor garden.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is carefully prepared, exclusively express<\/strong>, with both meat and fish specialities<\/strong>. Wherever possible, raw materials come only from the family’s own crops and livestock. Bread and other baked goods, as well as fresh pasta and fine pastries, are produced locally and by hand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The restaurant hosts the headquarters of the local Italian Sommelier Association<\/strong> and a sommelier is always available in the dining room to support the customer by guiding him\/her through the choice of wine from over 300 labels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Careful service and qualified professionals will ensure that even the most demanding customer will find guaranteed satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A’ LA CARTE MENU<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]Our \u00e0 la Carte menu is seasonal<\/strong> and includes both meat and fish dishes<\/strong>, as well as delicious desserts, all prepared using only the freshest organic ingredients, coming where possible from the own fields and livestock of the farm, following the seasonality of the products.<\/p>\n

The cuisine is rooted in tradition, but revised by the skill of our Chef, who offers traditional dishes with a modern twist, paying particular attention to the freshness of the ingredients. From excellent selections of raw fish to exquisite cold cuts, from first courses to main courses that are always different and made with seasonal products<\/strong>, our proposals are designed to satisfy every need, even gluten-free and for vegetarians<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The bread is homemade<\/strong> and baked at every serve so that it is always warm and ‘just made’. The fresh pasta is homemade “as it used to be”, according to the traditional family passion, the true guiding spirit of the entire philosophy of the Restaurant.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PIZZERIA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]In accordance with the best Italian tradition, in the evening, the Restaurant is also a Pizzeria with wood-fired oven<\/strong>, with excellent pizzas cooked exclusively in our wood-fired oven and exquisite fried food prepared only by hand, such as suppl\u00ec, prepared only with rice, good meat and buffalo mozzarella DOP, potato panzerotti, zucchini flowers from our garden stuffed with anchovies and buffalo mozzarella DOP, vegetable fried food in tempura and cod fillets, all exclusively express.<\/p>\n
