Open daily for lunch and dinner, it has air-conditioned and elegantly furnished rooms, each with its own garden. This division makes it possible to hold both events and the normal service à la carte at the same time, guaranteeing maximum separation of each event from the rest of the facility in complete privacy and tranquillity. A bar service is always available to guests, both in the room and in the restaurant. The pastry is in-house and prepares desserts of a high standard both à la carte, for in-house events and take-away.

THE ROOMS
The 12 rooms of the resort. Of various sizes and capacities, the rooms of the Resort are all brand new and equipped with every comfort. Surrounded by greenery, they have been designed to provide guests with relaxation and elegance.
There is a large and convenient car park, which is also ideal for bus parking.
FARM
The family farm, where it all began. The farm produces daily eggs, fresh vegetables from the garden, honey, milk, yoghurt and cheese. Resort guests can enjoy all these fresh products at their breakfast and anyone can buy them by going to the farm.
THE GARDEN
A large park with monumental fountains. An ideal setting for photos and events, it is available to guests who wish to take a walk in the midst of nature and breathe in the calm and tranquillity of the vast gardens, fully enjoying this corner of paradise just a stone’s throw from the town of Tivoli.
AIS – italian sommelier association
The facility is the headquarters of the AIS – Italian Sommelier Association – Valle dell’Aniene and it regularly hosts Professional Qualification Courses for Sommeliers as well as Tastings and Events with wine as the protagonist.
