The place where everything originated and which infuses genuineness into the things we do. At our Country Resort, from breakfast to excellent dishes offered by the Kitchen and Pastry for the Menu and banquets, we only use fresh eggs from our historic land-based farm.
From the good earth of our vegetable garden, we also seasonally harvest tomatoes, potatoes, salads and other vegetables that allow us offering high quality organic and authentic zero km products to our cuisine, pizzeria and pastry preparations.
We also breed cattle according to an old family tradition on our estate, and from the good milk we make a delicious, creamy yoghurt.
We also always have tasty, natural honey of various types available from our organic farm. The presence of bees is a guarantee of the biocompatibility of our crops, where we only use natural methods, without pesticides or synthetic chemicals.
